No. You can craft and find IM (Item Mall) items in-game.

You will pick a role and clan in Bamboo Village at level 1. Completing quests is important because you receive items and rewards along the way.

Yes. You receive a starter pack (weapon and clothes) at levels 1 and 2. You also receive items every hour of gameplay, which stacks up to 5 hours.

You can buy Level 1 elixirs in your clan base, then craft Level 2 in Hefei. Higher-level elixirs drop from certain bosses or dungeons.

Payment & Donation FAQs

Currently, we accept PayPal or cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC).

If you’d like to donate using Ether or Bitcoin, please contact GM zeroBlood via support ticket or our Facebook page.

Buying, selling, or trading accounts and items for real money—or on any other gaming servers that are not affiliated with 9Dclassic—is strictly PROHIBITED.

If you are caught doing so (on social media, forums, etc.), you may be permanently banned.

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase.
  • You have not spent any of the points you received.
  • You have not made any transactions on the marketplace after the purchase.
  • You can provide a valid receipt or purchase confirmation.

If you meet these conditions, please contact the administrator to discuss a refund request.

Note: If you have spent any of the purchased points, a refund will not be possible.
