General Server Rules and Regulations

The following Terms of Service ("TOS," "Terms" or "Agreement") apply to your use of our website and all services, features, and/or content provided by 9dclassic.com. By registering or donating to one or more services from 9dclassic Online, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. The latest version of our TOS is always available on the 9dclassic website. It is essential that you read these Terms prior to registering or donating in any service(s) from 9dclassic.

ACCOUNT AGREEMENT

By registering on 9dclassic.com, you agree to the following:

• All information related to your account(s) is the property of 9dclassic.com.
  
  We are NOT responsible for the security of your account name and password. You must take measures to protect your account(s).
  Never log in with your account or password information on any site that is not 9dclassic.com.
  DO NOT give away your login information. If you do, you essentially give away all items and the account itself.
  Any problems arising from sharing your account(s), passwords, personal information, or engaging in other risky actions are your responsibility. We will not take responsibility nor provide support for issues that arise from compromised login details.
  
  
• We will NOT provide any support to users who use hidden IPs, proxies, or any 3rd-party programs to access the server.
• By becoming a member of 9dclassic.com, you are subscribing to our server newsletter, which may be sent via email.
  
  Names (Character Names / IGN) and Guilds must not contain Administrator or Guild Master nicknames.
  
  You may not impersonate or present yourself as a representative of the server management or staff. If caught posing as an Admin or GM, you will be banned permanently.
  
  The use of “Administrator,” “Admin,” or “Game Master” is prohibited in your character or guild names.
  
  
• If you are an emancipated minor, you must ask your parent or legal guardian for approval before creating an account and using 9dclassic services.
• If you created an account, you agree that your parents or legal guardians have given you their approval, or you confirm you are an adult.
• If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who creates an account at 9dclassic.com, you and the minor accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Rules.
• If you’re not an adult or emancipated minor, or don’t understand this section, please talk to your parents or legal guardian and ask for help.

ACCOUNT AND ITEMS BUY, SELL, AND TRADE

• Buying, selling, and trading accounts and items for real money or on any other gaming server that does not affiliate with 9dclassic is strictly PROHIBITED.

All 9dclassic.com accounts, items, and any 9dclassic.com-related content are property of the server owner.

If you are caught buying, selling, or trading items for real money outside 9dclassic.com (e.g., Facebook, forums, Discord, or in-game), you may be permanently banned.

This includes selling 9dclassic.com properties on any social network such as Facebook, Twitter, any gaming forum, or any buy/sell/trade website. Your character(s) and account(s) may be banned without notice.

SERVER DONATIONS AND REFUNDS

Any donations made to the server are generally non-refundable. We do NOT sell 9dclassic.com credits; we ONLY accept donations made willingly by the user of the account. All donation values have their own credit rewards.

The credit rewards can be used to purchase items in the 9dclassic.com webshop (if available) and any services accessible to the account owner.

9dclassic.com Administrators and GMs will NOT be held responsible for any lost, disappeared, missing, or stolen items. Regardless of the cause, we will NEVER refund or replace any lost items (including donations, items, credits, levels, etc.).

However, you may request a refund under the following limited conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase.
• You have not used the purchased in-game currency after the purchase.
• You have not made any transactions on the market after the purchase.
• You can provide a valid receipt or purchase confirmation.

We aim to accommodate our players whenever possible, and in most cases, refund requests can be discussed with the administration. Otherwise, donations are considered final once points have been spent or used in any capacity.

DONATORS / Purchasing Digital Points

• 1. Any donation made is non-refundable unless it meets the limited conditions stated above.
• 2. Whether you have donated once or 100 times, you are still equal to any other player who hasn't donated at all. Donators do not have more importance in what they say than any other players.
• 3. Donators are subject to the same rules and can be banned just like any other player if rules are broken.
• 4. If a donator is banned for any reason, all items in their account(s) will be blocked along with the account. Items will not be returned under any circumstances.
• 5. If you are a minor and want to donate, you may only do so with your parent’s or legal guardian’s approval.
• 6. By purchasing/donating for digital items as a minor, you confirm that your parents gave you their approval and access to their payment method.
• 7. If you are an adult/parent and your child purchases digital items without your permission, you agree not to request any refunds, disputes, or open any claims. You, the parent(s), assume full responsibility for your child’s actions on the 9dclassic website and services.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

9dclassic management does not issue refunds for any digital products and services once the order is submitted, except under the limited conditions mentioned above.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products.

BY BUYING OUR PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES FROM OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEPT THOSE OUTLINED IN THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.

IF YOU SUBMIT ANY DONATIONS, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT DISPUTE, ASK FOR A PARTIAL REFUND, OR A FULL REFUND UNLESS YOU MEET THE SPECIFIC CRITERIA STATED.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE ABOVE, DO NOT SUBMIT ANY DONATIONS TO THE SERVER.

HACKING, CHEATING, AND SCAMMING

1. Any hacks or cheats that can compromise the 9dclassic.com game server, community chat, files, clients, or patches will result in a permanent IP address, computer hardware, and account ban.
2. Abusing server bugs or any type of cheating will result in a permanent account ban.
3. Scamming involving buy, sell, trade, off-trade, etc., with any users or members will result in a permanent account ban.

ADVERTISING

1. Referrals to any 9Dragons-related or non-related sites that are not affiliated with 9dclassic.com are prohibited in either community support channels (Facebook, Forum, Discord) or in-game. This includes advertising or mentioning other 9d servers, forums, or any other online gaming advertisements or rankings not affiliated with 9dclassic.

If someone invites you to another 9d server and you acknowledge this person without reporting the incident, you will also be permanently banned for assisting a rule breaker.

2. Advertising non-gaming servers will result in a permanent ban. Referrals to any non-gaming related sites are not to be discussed on community support channels (Facebook, Discord) or in-game. This includes advertising or mentioning websites that contain adult content, shopping ads, etc.

ACCESSORY TO A VIOLATION

Anyone who assists a person or players on community support (Facebook, Discord) who breaks the rules will also be permanently banned.

For example, if you advise someone who is selling items for real currency to “move your items to a new account because you got reported,” you will also be permanently banned for assisting the rule breaker.

RESPECT THE SERVER AND STAFF

1. Personal or negative attacks on the Server and its staff will not be tolerated. Punishments can include Character Ban, Account Ban, and Permanent IP Ban.
2. Anyone who challenges a staff’s final decision will not be tolerated. Your community support (Facebook, Forum, Discord) and in-game account(s) may be permanently banned.
   
   3. Staff has the authority to lock and/or delete any posts or threads they deem irrelevant or frivolous at their own discretion.
   
   4. Public discussions of staff actions are not allowed on community support channels (Facebook, Forum, Discord). Protesting staff actions in titles, avatars, signatures, chat boxes, or in-game posts (/post or /gpost) is prohibited.
   
   5. Staff has the FINAL say in any disputes. There should be no reason to keep posting once a matter is decided.
   
   6. Staff have the right to suspend or block characters or account(s) for investigation as a precaution. We will not ban players without reason.
   
   7. Staff have the right to deviate from any rules they deem necessary for the benefit of the community.
   
   8. If an Admin or GM (Guild Master) makes the final decision, your suspension or ban is no longer up for discussion.

FREE PLAY SERVER

This is a FREE PLAY private server. We do things differently than other servers. If you despise the game, its settings, or the staff, feel free to leave.

The interpretation of these rules is solely up to the administrator or the owner of 9dclassic.com, and these rules can change at any time without prior notice. Since rules can change, we cannot guarantee that any precedent you may find still applies. If you’re unsure about what constitutes a breach of a rule, ask the Game Master (Admin).
